Pudding Pops

These "pudding pops" are a healthy and delicious treat that will cool you down and make your taste buds do a happy dance.  Both of my girls loved them, in fact Bebe I ate two within a half hour.  These are the kind of treats that your kiddos will love and you don't have to feel guilty about.  

Pudding Pops - 9 Months+
1 cup raw Blueberries
2 peaches, sliced
1/2 banana, peeled
1/4 cup Coconut Milk
1 tbsp Chia Seeds

Wash your blueberries and peaches.  Blend together all the ingredients except the chia seeds until you get a very smooth consistency, this may take a few minutes.  Add in the chia seeds and bend for about 10 seconds.  Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes (so the chia seeds can absorb some of the liquid and reach a pudding like consistency).  Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours before eating.
