Here is a fun and yummy dip perfect for St. Patrick's Day. Ditch the green food coloring and use something naturally green to make your day fun - not to mention the bonus of extra veggies. We love this dip in our house, even my youngest daughter, who is not a big fan of peas, gobbled it up. Win win!
1 cup Peas (fresh or thawed frozen)
1/3 cup sliced Almonds
2 tbsp Olive or Sunflower Oil
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Add all of the ingredients (except the zest) to a food processor. Blend till smooth and creamy. Top dip with a little lemon zest (leprechaun gold) and serve with carrots, crackers or pretzels.
