12 Clementines, peeled (add peels + salt to a small dish for a natural fridge oder absorber, lasts about 2 weeks)
2 stalks of Celery, cut into thin pieces 1-2 inches in length.
Stick the celery pieces into the top of the clementines to make it look like an adorable little pumpkin. The last time I made these I was genuinely surprised most of the kids ate the celery first! Go celery:)
