Mini Sprouts (Ages 2-6)


Fairytale Fun  .   $15  .   Whole Foods Market

Thursday, March 9th  9:30am-10:30am

Join other mini sprouts as we make food fun in this culinary class designed for toddlers and preschoolers. This hands-on and interactive class will give children the confidence to try new foods. We will prepare some healthy and fun recipes with a modern twist on classic farytales and read “Goldi Rocks and the Three Bears” by Beth Coulton! Parents or caregivers are encouraged to participate or watch (they attend free with student ticket). Includes recipe packet and coloring sheets to take home. Designed for ages 2-6.


Breakfast Bliss  .   $13  .   Festival Foods

Wednesday, March 15th  10:00am-11:00am

Join other mini sprouts as we make food fun in this culinary class designed for toddlers and preschoolers.  This hands-on and interactive class will give children the confidence to try new foods. We will prepare some breakfast recipes and read “Lady Pancake & Sir French Toast” by Josh Funk! Parents or caregivers are encouraged to participate or watch (they attend free with student ticket). Includes recipe packet and coloring sheets to take home. Designed for ages 2-6 



Springtime Snacks  .   $15  .   Whole Foods Market

Tuesday, March 21st  9:30am-10:30am

Join other mini sprouts as we make food fun in this culinary class designed for toddlers and preschoolers. This hands-on and interactive class will give children the confidence to try new foods. We will prepare fun and healthy springtime recipes and read “The Golden Egg Book” by Margaret Wise Brown! Parents or caregivers are encouraged to participate or watch (they attend free with student ticket). Includes recipe packet and coloring sheets to take home. Designed for ages 2-6.

Wednesday, March 22nd  10:00am-10:45am

Join other mini sprouts as we make food fun in this culinary snack class designed for toddlers and preschoolers. This hands-on and interactive class will give children the confidence to try new foods. We will prepare a fun and healthy spring recipe and read "If You're Hoppy" by April Pulley Sayre. This 45 minute class is a great introduction to culinary classes. Parents are encouraged to participate or watch (parents/ caregivers attend free with student). Includes recipe packet and coloring sheets to take home. Designed for ages 2-6.

Tuesday,  April 18th  9:30am-10:30am

Join other mini sprouts as we make food fun in this culinary class designed for toddlers and preschoolers. This hands-on and interactive class will give children the confidence to try new foods. We will explore our community and prepare some fun and healthy recipes plus read “All Through My Town” by Jean Reidy! Parents or caregivers are encouraged to participate or watch (they attend free with student ticket). Includes recipe packet and coloring sheets to take home. Designed for ages 2-6.






Sprouting Chefs (Ages 4-12)

Saturday, March 18th 10:30-11:45am

Join other sprouting chefs as we make healthy food fun and learn kitchen skills in this culinary class designed for kids. This hands-on and interactive class is a perfect chance for kids to express themselves and their creativity through food. We will bake some fun and healthy recipes perfect for spring and read "Thunder Cake" by Patricia PolaccoIncludes a recipe packet and a treat to take home. Parents or caregivers are encouraged to participate or watch (attends free with student). Designed for ages 4-12. 



Fiesta Fun .   $18  .   Whole Foods Market  

Saturday, April 22nd 10:30-11:45am

Join other sprouting chefs as we make healthy food fun and learn kitchen skills in this culinary class designed for kids. This hands-on and interactive class is a perfect chance for kids to express themselves and their creativity through food. We will prepare some healthy and fun recipes perfect for a fiesta plus read the book "Dragons Love Tacos" by Adam Rubin and Daniel Salmeiri! Includes a recipe packet and a treat to take home. Parents or caregivers are encouraged to participate or watch (attends free with student). Designed for ages 4-12.





Culinary Tween & Teens (Ages 11-18)

Healthy Desserts  .   $20  .   Whole Foods Market  

Saturday,  February 25th 1:00-2:30pm

Join other culinary tweens & teens as we explore healthy food and learn beginning advanced kitchen skills. This hands-on and interactive class is a perfect chance to learn and express creativity through food. We will prepare some fun and healthy dessert recipes. Includes a recipe packet and a treat to take home. Designed for ages 11-18

Healthy Snacks Storytime

Fridays 9:45-10:30 am

Join Yummy Sprout for a fun and kid friendly storytime! A wonderful chance for kids to try new, healthy recipes as healthy snacks will be served every week (children under 12 months attend for free). Register ahead of time or drop-in (cash and card accepted)

    1. Yes! The Petite Chefs class would be best, the ages listed are simply what age range the class is designed for. I have also had a few requests for a tween/ teen class so that may be coming in the future!

  2. I have a 41/2 yr old . I am assuming he'd be best in bebe chefs or would you suggest petite chefs classes?

    1. I don't have any classes set after the upcoming camp (for ages 4-8) in Waunakee. I hope to have my Sept- Dec classes up this week!

  4. I would love to sign my son and his friend up. He's 8 right now but will be 9 on the 20th. Would he be able to do the class in Waunakee?

    My Grand daughter is 6 yrs old. What Class would be best for her? I would hate to put her in the 2-6 and be the only older one in the class if it is more designed for younger kids.

    1. It really depends on the particular group but I have had many 6 year olds do well in either class:)
