Join us as we make healthy food fun and practice kitchen skills in this culinary adventure designed for everyone. Kids will need some supervision to use the oven. We will be coming to you live on our FB page walking you through our Homemade Pasta menu making pasta and pesto!
INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
Flour
3 Eggs, large & room temp
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Water
Spinach and/or Basil, fresh
Garlic Clove
Lemon
Cashews or Pine Nuts or Seeds
Parmesan Cheese or Goat Cheese
TOOLS NEEDED:
measuring cups and spoons
1 large mixing bowl
1 whisk
rolling pin
sifter
fork
kid safe knife
cutting board
large saucepan or stockpot
ladle or slotted spoon
strainer
food processor or blender and oven (adult supervision if NECESSARY)
