Baby Pesto (7 Months+)

This recipe is the perfect way to jazz up rice or baby cereal and also makes a great finger food for older ones spread on small pieces of soft bread. Why do you need to make a baby version of pesto? Well babies do not need or are able to process large amounts of salt and most experts agree to wait till babies are over 12 months to introduce nuts so pesto made for other members of your family or purchased in a store wouldn't be best for babies just beginning their solid food journey. This recipe is a wonderful way to bring the taste without the ingredients that may not be safe for little ones.

Baby Pesto - 7 Months+
