Fruit Pops



These fruit pops are a healthy and delicious treat that will cool you down and make your taste buds do a happy dance. These are the kind of treats that your kiddos will love and are loaded with healthy goodness.


Fruit Pops

Ingredients:

1 cup raw Blueberries

2 peaches, sliced

1/2 banana, peeled

1/4 cup Coconut Milk

1 tbsp Chia Seeds


Wash your blueberries and peaches. Blend together all the ingredients except the chia seeds until you get a very smooth consistency, this may take a few minutes. Add in the chia seeds and bend for about 10 seconds. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes (so the chia seeds can absorb some of the liquid and reach a pudding like consistency). Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4-6 hours before eating.
