Zesty Ranch Kale Chips


Kale is the cool kid of greens yet can have a reputation for being less than tasty but it's all in the way you use it. These crunchy but creamy kale chips are the perfect way to enjoy this NUTRIANT dense food. Loaded with flavor/ color and easy to make this recipe has it all.


Zesty Ranch Kale Chips

1 large bunch Kale

1/2 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)

or Olive Oil

1/2 tsp Onion powder

1/2 tsp Garlic powder

1 tsp Italian Seasoning

2 tbsp Coconut Milk Powder or Coconut Flour

Salt & Pepper 


Preheat your oven to 325° F.  Wash the kale and be sure it has time to dry well.  Hold the kale by the stem and tear the leafy greens from the stem then tear into large bite size pieces (it will shrink down to chip size in the oven). Spread the kale out evenly on parchment paper lined baking sheets, being sure not to double layer.   Drizzle them with oil. In a small bowl mix together seasoning, coconut milk powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the kale with mixture. Bake the kale chips for about 12 minutes.  Gently stir/ flip them around the baking sheet with tongs and return to the oven for another 5 minutes until crispy.  Allow to cool for a few minutes before eating.
