PB&J Smoothie Bowls
Ingredients:
2 Ripe Bananas, Frozen
1/2 Cup Blueberries, Frozen
1/2 Cup Peaches, Frozen
1 Cup raw Spinach and/ or Kale
1 Tbsp Flax Meal, ground
1 Tbsp PB, plus extra for topping
Coconut Milk, as needed
Fresh Fruit, Chia & Nut for topping
Blend the bananas, blueberries, peaches, spinach, flax, tbsp peanut butter in a blended till smooth, adding coconut milk to reach desired consistency. Mixture should be thick enough to each with a spoon! Top with more peanut butter, fresh fruit, chia seeds and peanuts. Make a great breakfast, snack or treat! *To make this nut-free sub in sunbutter and sunflower seeds.
