A healthy and fun recipe that kids (and grown ups) will love making!! Almost anything is better in nacho form and apples are no exception. A fun snack for any day.
Apple Nachos Ingredients: Apples, thinly sliced (I use a mandolin or very sharp knife) Almond or Sunflower Butter Greek Yogurt, Plain Shredded Coconut, unsweetened Sunflower Seeds Sliced Almonds Dried Fruit (We used dried blueberries and dried pomegranate) Spread the apples on a plate. Spoon, squeeze or drizzle nut or seed butter and yogurt on to the apples. Sprinkle on coconut, seeds, nuts and dried fruit - kids love this part. Enjoy!
